Meet Jake
Hi! My name is Jake. I’ve been a real estate investor for over a decade. I’ve seen lots of changes and it hasn’t always been easy. Being an entrepreneur can feel like an emotional roller coaster sometimes and I’ve certainly had my share of highs and lows.
I’ve done just about every kind of deal there is. I’ve done large apartment syndications, Airbnbs, long term rentals, lots of flips and wholesales. I specialize in creative finance and I’ve dozens of different kinds of creative finance deals – Subtos, Seller Finance, Wraps, Novations, etc. I’ve originated millions of dollars of owner finance notes and built a rental portfolio of over 140 doors. I’ve managed large teams, had huge overheads and was doing 15 flips at a time.
I thought my business was amazing, until one day when it wasn’t 3 years ago. I had scaled so hard and so fast, that I had redlined my finances. Even though I was making lots of money, it was going out the door as fast as it was coming in. I was living deal to deal and completely stressed. I had built a business I didn’t even want to own.
I knew I needed to make a change. With the help of my mentors, I was able to completely rebuild everything from the ground up. I’ve spent the last 3 years rebuilding my entire business based around my priorities and what matters most in my life.
I’m way more profitable than I ever was, I have more time to spend with my family and I have so much less stress in my life.
These days I’m focused on making my life as simple as possible to spend more time doing the things I love with the people I love.
All of that experience has been transformative for my business and my life. I want to share that knowledge and experience with others.
My mission is to help guide you on your path to success by sharing practical strategies and insights built on a foundation of knowledge and real-world experience.
The greatest risk in life is not getting what we want. Let me help you create the business that will serve you and help you create the life you’ve always wanted!
I’ve had the privilege of joining podcasts to share my journey, insights, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. These conversations dive into the ups and downs of having a business, the power of connection, and what it really means to find clarity in life and personal growth.
