Who we are
The RE Reset (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides education and coaching for real-estate operators.

Information we collect
– You provide it: name, email, phone, company, role, payment details (processed by a secure third party), messages you send us, form responses, call notes.
– Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on site, referring/exit pages, identifiers from cookies or similar tech.
– From others (where lawful): ad platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, scheduling tools, CRM, and email service providers.
How we use information
– Run the site, deliver coaching and digital products, and support you.
– Process payments and send order confirmations.
– Send service emails. With consent, send marketing messages. You can opt out anytime.
– Improve content, funnels, and offer fit through analytics and A/B testing.

Your rights (California)
California residents can request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and can opt out of “selling” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your rights (EEA/UK)
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have a right to lodge a complaint with your local authority.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us to remove it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure. Share sensitive info with care.
International transfers
If we transfer your data across borders, we use lawful safeguards recognized in your region.
