Who we are
The RE Reset (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides education and coaching for real-estate operators.

Information we collect
– You provide it: name, email, phone, company, role, payment details (processed by a secure third party), messages you send us, form responses, call notes.
– Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on site, referring/exit pages, identifiers from cookies or similar tech.
– From others (where lawful): ad platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, scheduling tools, CRM, and email service providers.

How we use information
– Run the site, deliver coaching and digital products, and support you.
– Process payments and send order confirmations.
– Send service emails. With consent, send marketing messages. You can opt out anytime.
– Improve content, funnels, and offer fit through analytics and A/B testing.
– Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
– Meet legal, tax, and compliance duties.

Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
We process data to perform a contract with you, to pursue our legitimate interests (site performance, security, product improvement), to comply with law, and with your consent where required (e.g., marketing).

Cookies and similar tech
We use cookies and pixels for:
– Essential operations (security, checkout, session).
– Analytics (site performance and usage).
– Advertising (to reach likely buyers and measure campaigns).

Payments
All card data is handled by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers on our servers. See your processor’s privacy notice for details.

Data sharing
We share data with vendors who help us operate the business (hosting, analytics, payments, email/SMS, scheduling, CRM, ad platforms). They may only use your data to provide services to us. We may also share data to comply with law or in a business transfer.

Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law. Typical retention: transactional records up to 7 years; marketing data until you opt out or it becomes inactive.

Your choices
– Email: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email. 
– SMS: reply STOP to opt out. Message/data rates may apply. 
– Cookies/Ads: use browser settings and platform ad preferences. 
– Access/Update/Delete: email us to request a copy, correction, deletion, or portability of your data. We’ll verify your request before acting.

Your rights (California)
California residents can request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and can opt out of “selling” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the contact above or the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (if present). We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights.

Your rights (EEA/UK)
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have a right to lodge a complaint with your local authority.

Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us to remove it.

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure. Share sensitive info with care.

International transfers
If we transfer your data across borders, we use lawful safeguards recognized in your region.

Changes to this policy
